Biennial renewal by May 31. Licenses ending in an even number renew in even years; odd-numbered licenses in odd years. CE is earned June 1 to May 31 of the 2 years before renewal; hours after May 31 may not be accepted.

Live / in-person / online limits

COMAR 10.38.08 sets no online cap. Approved home-study and self-directed courses earn 1 CE hour per interactive hour. Caps: workplace/community service 1 hour, clinical supervision 10 hours, each once per renewal period.
